I have low vitamin D … Any information?

I recently had blood tested before and the results came back to me with low Vitamin D Levels … and I will be introduced to that end in the near future. What are the symptoms of this, as in you low vitamin D, and can not generally ask, additions?

The horrible thing about Vit D Deficiency, you do not know until it can be too late (or up to your Doc's's are low, it is found in your tests). Now, for the most people started their vitamin D from these sources. I think It is important to bring that although the sun gives us, some Vit D, in the sun is often not enough vitamin D, all of us. Although our skin is hot, this has been shown to degrade the Vit. D our skin makes. Most of the science recommends 50 to 10 minutes of sunlight a day, while taking supplements enriched / Food foods.h If you do not have a day, vitamins (I do not see a big business) they have on the natural diet is high in vitamin D, such as cod and salmon oil come research.
