I found this in the "Daily Mail" under a heading that pregnant women should take vitamin D. It said that if you lived north of Birmingham you could not make up vitamin D. If this is true I first ask myself whether this needs a cause of arthritis as it take to get vitamin D calcium, magnesium, boron, zinc and copper and so on in the Bone.
